Breakfast is said to the be most important meal of the day. So Hockey Day in Lockport -- a day-long festivity to be held at Cornerstone CFCU Arena on Nov. 28 -- will start with a "Hungry Hockey Player Pancake Breakfast."

The meal, which takes place from 8 a.m. to noon will be the only Hockey Day event at the arena that will not be free of charge. Tim Hortons' beverages will be featured.

Following the breakfast, players and fans alike will be fueled up for a full day of hockey, including six hockey games, a free family skate, a figure skating showcase and more.
