Zacariah Gapen Ghodbane passed away on Friday October 9, 2015 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.
Born August 1, 1991 in Dallas, TX., he was the son of Mahmoud and Donna Cook Ghodbane, of Lockport.
Zacariah was the brother of Serine and Fares Ghodbane. He is also survived by his aunt, Patricia Ortiz of Prescott, AZ and his cousins, Debbie Sadallah of Las Vegas, NV., and Caryn Cook Wood of Denver, CO.
There will be no prior visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
