Patients and staff at East Niagara Hospital-Lockport are reportedly being given bottled water today in place of the hospital's tap water.
Hospital administrators are working on the problem and a press release is said to be forthcoming.
Reached at the hospital this afternoon, spokesperson Carolyn Moore said "It has to do with the chlorination levels."
More details will be published when they are released by the hospital.
UPDATE: The hospital has issued a press release concerning this issue.
