A resident of Gardenwood Drive in the Woodlands filed a complaint with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Sunday evening due to an altercation over dinner plans.
The police report stated that at approximately 4:40 p.m., the complainant had gotten into a physical altercation with a woman over who was making dinner. It further stated that the woman came after him, splashed water in his face and began hitting him in the body and face. Sometime in the altercation, the complainant's ear was cut and he was transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport to be treated for an ear laceration.
He did not wish for charges to be filed.
