A Dysinger Road resident reported this morning that someone had rifled though his locked car and stole $130 in cash, his rent check and some paperwork.

The man told the Niagara County Sheriff's Office that the robbery must have occurred either Saturday or this morning.

Patrol advised advised the man to contact his landlord regarding the rent check, and to contact his bank.

Although the man said he always locks his car, the report said there were no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.

The investigation is closed pending any new information.
