High Spirits Clothing will host a "boot camp"from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Ultimate Physique, 20 Ann St.
The morning-long event will feature yoga, Zumba, a workout and an ask-the-trainer session for participants at a cost of $5 for all four sessions. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the YWCA of Niagara.
High Spirits Clothing will also offer clothing discounts and giveaways for participants.
