Barbara Ruth Blair passed away November 15, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport.

Born in Lockport on August 16, 1943 she was the daughter of Richard E. and Dorothy (Maass) Altrogge. Barbara worked for the State of New York as a social worker in Niagara Falls. Barbara was instrumental in forming the Non-traditional Student Group at U.B. She enjoyed reading, quilting and especially being a grandmother.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Paula Doldan of Lockport; grandmother of Nicholas R. Doldan of Lockport and Maxwell J. (Kendra) Doldan of New Mexico; sister of Carol (Bill) Hebeler of Pendleton; aunt of Joseph and Michael Hebeler.

There will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
