A 45-year-old Lockport man is facing drug charges after the Niagara County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Price Street on Thursday.
According to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour, the 1 p.m. search of the city home concluded a two-month long investigation and resulted in second-degree possession of marijuana charges for Eric K. Danley.
Danley was held without bail pending arraignment in City of Lockport Court after law enforcement reportedly found three pounds of marijuana.
