A 49-year-old Gasport woman was charged with DWI Sunday after being stopped for a traffic infraction on Park Avenue in Lockport.
Nancy Carrier was stopped by New York State Police after making a turn without signaling, according to NYSP. She was determined to be intoxicated but refused a breath test, leading to an additional charge.
She was processed at the Lockport Trooper's barracks and ordered to appear in City of Lockport court.
