A Niagara Street man told LPD around 5 p.m. Friday that someone had stolen his daughter's bicycle from outside their residence sometime between noon Wednesday and 5 p.m. Friday. The bike is a Next silver and burgundy bike valued at approximately $100.

Michael J. Lee, 23, 259 Washburn St., Apt. 1, was charged around 10:24 p.m. Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and improper registration plate display. According to the LPD report, Lee was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended learner's permit. He is due in City Court on Wednesday morning.
