SAINT PAUL, Minn. — The Buffalo Sabres kick off their seven-game pre-season at 8 p.m. versus the Minnesota Wild at Xcel Energy Center.
The game will be Jack Eichel's pre-season debut, although the rookie sensation already has some playing time under his belt from the Prospects Challenge, where he scored a game-winning goal and an assist.
The rest of the Sabres pre-season schedule follows:
Wednesday - Buffalo vs. Ottawa - 7 p.m. - First Niagara Center
Friday - Buffalo at Toronto - 7:30 p.m. - Air Canada Centre
Saturday - Buffalo at Ottawa - 7 p.m. - Canadian Tire Centre
Sept. 29 - Buffalo vs. Toronto - 7 p.m. - First Niagara Center
Oct. 1 - Buffalo at Minnesota - 8 p.m. - Xcel Energy Center
Oct. 2 - Buffalo vs. Columbus - 7 p.m. - First Niagara Center
