TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 19-year-old Lockport man was charged Monday with stalking and criminal contempt.
Scott M. Cummings, 19, was charged with stalking for the second time in under two weeks, according to New York State Police. He allegedly contacted her on several occasions by social media and at her place of business with full knowledge of an active stay away order. He had been charged with stalking on Aug. 30, as well.
Cummings was taken into custody and processed at SP Lockport. He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
