TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 19-year-old Lockport man was charged by New York State Police on Sunday with stalking his ex-girlfriend.
According to the arrest report, Scott M. Cummings swerved toward her on West Main Street, forcing her to take action to avoid a head-on collision with him as she traveled to file a police report. He admitted to using an App to track her phone locations. Cummings texted and called the ex-girlfriend over 200 times and had showed up to her place of employment, her residence, friend’s homes and has also threatened to come to family residences.
Cummings was processed at SP Lockport, arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
