People get crazy about getting the easy money and do not even think of the consequences. Being a lottery playing both over-the-counter and on-line ( thelotter review) myself I can say that the key rule implies responsible playing. And frankly speaking I do not feel pity for her because she had done that deliberately and more probably was not the victim of circumstances.
