OLCOTT — A 16-year-old Burt male was charged Friday in connection with a string of burglaries and larcenies in the Lakeview Village Shoppes complex.
Robert G. Holmes was charged with third-degree attempted burglary, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and three counts of petit larceny.
He was arraigned at the Town of Newfane Court before being remanded to the Niagara County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. A return court date was set for Tuesday.
Steven P. Hutchison, 16 years old, of the Town of Newfane and a juvenile suspect were arrested on Wednesday in connection to the same incidents.
