Spaulding Street, again

The call brought everybody, including LFD. 
A 33-year-old Lockport man is facing disorderly conduct charges and a Lockport teenager was taken to the hospital after an altercation around noon today on Spaulding Street.

The incident was the second time in two days that local police have been called en masse to the Impact Zone street.

According to LPD, when police arrived at the scene — 150 Spaulding St. —  they found the teen unconscious, apparently from a fight with Bertron E. Chastang of Spaulding Street.

Chasting was charged without further incident and the teen was transported to ENH-Lockport by Twin City Ambulance.

    Funny....(not) but that same house is in both the pictures posted. What is that area coming to? It used to be a nice neighborhood.
