ALBION — New York State Police say a 23-year-old Lockport woman who intentionally damaged a rear view mirror of a motorcycle on July 6 was located Monday and charged.
Sincere R. Wiley was charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property after being located in Monroe County Jail using an alias, according to NYSP.
Wiley was transported to Niagara Falls Police Department for an unrelated warrant and after being released by Niagara County Jail, was transferred to The Town of Albion Court to answer on the above charge. She was then remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
