A 33-year-old Gooding Street man was charged with a bounty of crimes Friday night after getting into an altercation with a woman at his home.
According to the LPD arrest report, Marcus J. Huston, struck a woman in front of two juveniles with what the woman believed to be a handgun.
Police found “imitation firearms” in their search, as well narcotics.
Huston was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree attemped assault, second-degree obstruction of government administation, fourth-degree possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, and resisting arrest.
He was due in City Court this morning.
