Sandy W. Thompson Sr., 53, 77 Main St., Apt. 507, was charged around 6:40 a.m. Sunday with unlawful imprisonment, second-degree assault, third-degree menacing, and second-degree strangulation. According to the LPD arrest report, Thompson physically assaulted a city woman, held her down and strangled her over the course of three and a half hours Sunday morning. He was due in City Court this morning.

Nicole D. Erle, 34, 178 Pine St., Apt. 2, was charged around 5:33 a.m. Sunday with DWI, having an open container in the vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a lane violation. According to the arrest report, Erle struck a High Street telephone pole with her vehicle. She was determined to be intoxicated and driving without a valid license. She was slated to be in City Court this morning.

Robert L. Brown, 29, 439 Hawley St., was charged around 3:34 a.m. Sunday with DWI, speeding and failure to keep right. According to the LPD report, Brown was stopped for traffic infractions and determined to be intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .23 percent. He was due in City Court this morning.

Anthony J. Printup, 25, 27 Packard Court, Apt. E, was charged around 10:40 p.m. Saturday with speeding and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Printup was stopped for speeding and found to have a revoked license. He was due in City Court this morning.

Tahje L. Hennebohl, 19, 131 Allen St., Apt. 1, was charged around 1:15 a.m. Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief. According to the arrest report, Hennebohl got into a physical altercation with a city man, kicking him in the head. He was arraigned on Saturday.

Makaylee E. Maxwell, 19, 298 W. Caledonia St., Apt. 1, was charged around 9:30 a.m. Friday with petit larceny. According to the LPD report, Maxwell stole items from 7-Eleven. Also charged was Quincy R. Byrd, 19, 55 Elmwood Ave., Apt. 1.

Thomas M. Washburn, 25, 7000 Railroad Ave., Apt. 7, Appleton, was charged around 3:30 p.m. Thursday with third-degree assault and obstruction of breathing. According to the LPD arrest report, Washburn “slammed the victim to the ground on his side and then choked” him. Washburn was due in City Court this morning.

Kelly M. Wells, 31, 375 N. Transit St., was charged around 12:03 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny and possession of stolen property. According to the arrest report, Wells took approximately $155 from a city man’s home. Wells was due in City Court Thursday.
