TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A city man and two Town of Lockport women were charged with harassment when an attempt to serve paperwork to a woman got physical.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Nico D. Morales, 24, 166 S. Transit St., and Krystina L Daniels, 24, 5794 Sweetwood Dr., had attempted to serve Family Court paperwork to Jessica L. Baker, 26, 5724 Glendale Dr., when a physical altercation started between the two women.
Each female says the other started the physical confrontation, with Morales' involvement being described differently by each.
In the end, all three were charged with second-degree harassment and are set to appear in Town of Lockport Court on Aug. 20.
