Zachary Feeterman
AMHERST — Chuck E Cheese restaurant has released a statement on the status of the employee who was arrested on child pornography charges, indicating that the employee has been let go.

The popular children's eatery and play place said they are cooperating with the ongoing police investigation.

Earlier today, it was revealed that Zachary Feeterman, 20, of Parkedge Ave. in the Town of Tonawanda, was charged following an extensive investigation. Feeterman was a part of the restaurant's kitchen staff.

The restaurant's full statement follows:
We are aware of the allegations against and the arrest of an employee who was part of the kitchen staff at our Amherst, New York location. The employee in question has been terminated, and we are fully cooperating with the ongoing police investigation.

We were shocked to learn of these allegations, and we want to assure parents and caregivers that we take great measures to protect the experience children and families have in our stores. Chuck E. Cheese’s performs background checks on all applicants for part-time and full-time employment who are over the age of 18 and was one of the first restaurant companies to institute this policy nationwide. We are committed to providing a wholesome, safe experience for families, setting high standard across all of our locations.
