Zachary Feeterman
TOWN OF TONAWANDA — An employee of a popular children's eatery and play place has been arrested and charged with “Possessing a Sexual Performance of a Child,” an "E" felony.

Zachary Feeterman, 20, of Parkedge Ave. in the Town of Tonawanda, was charged following an extensive investigation that began with Homeland Security Investigations in Honolulu, Hawaii that eventually led to Feeterman’s home in the Town of Tonawanda.

The case was a joint investigation between Homeland Security Investigations and the Town of Tonawanda Computer Forensic Unit, as Feeterman was allegedly sharing the explicit photos back and forth with a subject who was under investigation in Hawaii.

Police say that, "as of the authoring of this release, Feeterman is still an employee of Chuck E Cheese in Amherst."

He has been arraigned in Town of Tonawanda Court and is currently not being held. He’s due in court.
