Robert A. Harris, 43, 2056 Tenessee Ave., was charged around 4:05 p.m. with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. According to LPD, Harris took a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue from a city woman on May 13 without her approval. He is slated for City Court Wednesday morning.

Amara M. Schultz, 19, 266 Niagara St., was charged around midnight with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the police report, Schultz was stopped in Outwater Park and found to be in possession of marijuana. She was due in City Court this afternoon.
