Monica K. Intihar passed away February 27, 2015 in Briody Health Care Facility.

Born in Lockport on February 26, 1922 she was the daughter of Edward and Maud (Ryan) Kearns. Monica was a telephone operator for Mount View Health Care Facility for 40 years retiring in 1985. She lifelong member of All Saints Parish. Monica was predeceased by her husband Richard Intihar on August 16, 1998.

Monica was also predeceased by her siblings, Eugene, Edward, Matthew, Margaret Mary, Maud, Margery, and Elizabeth Kearns. She is survived by her sisters-in-law Dorothy Kearns and Peggy Kearns and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Thursday, March 5th from 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 6th at 11 AM in All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport.  Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
