ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
A 17-year-old Chestnut Ridge Road girl was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the LPD report, the teen was found at Lockport Opportunities Projects, 319 West Ave., with a small baggie of “green leafy vegetable matter that did test postive for marijuana.” Also located in her purse were two packs of rolling papers, a multi-colored glass pipe, and a small baggie containing three capsules of an off-yellow powder. The uncooperative teen would not tell patrol what the unmarked capsules contained, according to the report. They were sent for evaluation.
The teen was released on an appearance ticket and transported to ENH-Lockport by Twin City Ambulance for evaluation. She was also suspended from school for five days.
