Holly A Seiler, 53, 605 East High St., was charged around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday with DWI, passing an emergency vehicle, passing a red light, failure to keep right, and having an open container in a moving vehicle. According to the LPD report, patrol stopped her on East Avenue when she went through a red light. She was determined to be intoxicated and charged. She is due in City Court on Monday.

Jeffrey C. Mang, 26, 123 Vine St., was charged around 9:35 p.m. Monday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to notify the DMV of a change, invalid inspection sticker, and passing a red light. According to the LPD report, Mang was stopped on Washburn Street for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of marijuana and hydrocodone pills. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Reginald Cheatham, 46, 14 Tudor Lane, Apt. 2, was charged around 9:52 p.m. Monday with petit larceny. According to the LPD report, Cheatham was arrested on a warrant. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Kerry L. Bumpers, 30, 6561 Charlotteville Road, Newfane, was charged around 2:40 a.m. Sunday with DWI and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Bumpers was pulled over on Main Street for driving without headlights. She was determined to be intoxicated and charged. She was due in City Court on Tuesday.

Jessica J. Feeney, 22, 2608 Hess Road, Appleton, was charged around 7:39 p.m. Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a safety belt violation and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Feeney was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be driving with a suspended license. She was due in City Court on Wednesday.

Desiree N. Crenshaw, 21, 126 Gooding St., was charged around 2:57 p.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to his arrest report, she was found to be in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on Chestnut Street. A 16-year-old was also charged with possession of marijuana at the same time. Crenshaw was to be City Court on Monday.
