A 29-year-old Lockport woman was charged around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday with grand larceny and identity theft, accused of using a Greece man’s identity to bill items from Dell, AT&T and Progressive Insurance.
According to the report, Patricia A. Marshall, 273 Beattie Ave., Apt. 3, billed the items to the Greece man and had them sent to her Beattie Avenue apartment. The complainant told LPD that the items had been delivered to the Lockport woman and LPD found items from Dell at her home on Monday, leading to the charges.
She turned herself in and was arraigned in City Court on Wednesday afternoon.
