Charles M. Vogel, 30, 57 Bright St., Apt. A, was charged around 1:36 a.m. with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Vogel was pulled over on King Street and found to be driving without a valid license. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.

Kiara N. Farina, 29, 1 McCue Ave., was charged around 12:19 a.m. with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal. According to the LPD report, Farina was stopped for a traffic infraction on Walnut Street and found to be driving with a suspended license. She is to be in City Court on Monday.
