TOWN OF LOCKPORT — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has an open investigation into finding the whereabouts of a man who reportedly spit on a McDonald's employee early Sunday morning.
According to the report, a black 2008 Toyota came through the drive-through of the restaurant around 5:39 a.m. when the three occupants of the vehicle — two white males and one black male — became verbally abusive with the employee in the drive through.
"The black male in the rear seat then opened the drive-through window and spit on her face and hair," according to the NCSO report.
The vehicle then left.
The Sheriff's Office has the name and a phone number of the registered owner of the vehcle and is working with Amherst Police to contact him.
