Mary Helen Moran passed away December 20, 2014 in Niagara Hospice House.

Born in Newfane on April 18, 1913 she was the daughter of William A. and Marguerite (Malloy) Stoddard. Mary worked at Montgomery Ward in 1950 and then joined Barton Oldsmobile where she worked for 30 years retiring in 1984. She was a member of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Ransomville where she worked from 1989 to 2007 and was active in the Altar & Rosary Society being the former president, the Caritas and enjoyed antiques. Mary was a member of the Oldsmobile Club, Cambria Historical Society and a former member of the Lockport Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband James E. Moran on April 25, 1989.

Mary is survived by her two sons J. Patrick (Lois Ann) Moran of North Carolina and J. Michael (Edith) Moran of Lockport; grandmother of Mary Kate (Ted) Eberle of North Carolina, Bridget (Jack) McDuffie of North Carolina, Margaret (Michael) Stein and Catherine (Robert) Stover both of Lockport eight great grandchildren; sister of Peter Stoddard of Idaho and late William, Frank, John, Paul Stoddard, Agnes Rigerman, Anna Mae Loeffert, Kathleen Hunt, Rosemarie Smith, and Margaret Stoddard; several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 10 AM in Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, 4671 Townline Road, Ransomville, NY 14131. Interment will be in Corwin Cemetery, Newfane. Memorial donations to the church would be appreciated.
