LEWISTON — A 20-year-old Lockport man was charged late Monday night with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Saunders Settlement Road.
Jeffrey D. Oliver, 87 South Bristol Ave., was stopped around 11:56 p.m. for having tinted windows and an obstructed view.
When patrol interviewed Oliver, they detected a strong odor of marijuana, according to the report. When he admitted to being in possession of pot, he was charged and the marijuana was confiscated. In addition to the unlawful possession of marijuana charge, Oliver was also charged with having an obstructed view.
He is slated to appear in Town of Lewiston Court on Jan. 6.
