TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 23-year-old Buffalo man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after Niagara County Sheriff's deputies pulled him over for having only one headlight working.
Charlie A. Sanabria, 876 Michigan Ave., Buffalo, was stopped around 11:44 p.m. Sunday for the headlight infraction. When police asked for his license and registration, he told them he couldn't provide them. A DMV check found that his license had been twice suspended.
Patrol charged him with AUO and took him to the Niagara County Jail, where he was held on $250 bail. He is due in Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
