The swim team finished a successful season with a great showing at the Neumann Catholic Swim League Championships at the UB Athletic Complex Aquatic Center in November.
The swim team's coaching staff took turns calling the swimmers up one by one to present them with their tokens of appreciation for the season. Coach Aric Morgan highlighted four members of his 9-10 division swimmers.
Grace Buzak was an all-star qualifier for five events and placed sixth in the 50 free. She was also a member of the second-place medley and freestyle relay teams at the championships.
Gracie Cordle was an all-star qualifier in all events, placing third in the 100 freestyle, and fourth in the 50 breaststroke. She was also a member of the second-place medley and freestyle relay teams at championships.
Madison Fragale was an all-star qualifier in all events, placing seventh in the 50 breaststroke and 100 IM at championships. She was also a member of the second-place medley and freestyle relay teams at the championships.
Aidan Morgan was an all-star qualifier in all events, as well as a member of the second-place medley and freestyle relay teams at the championships. He placed first at championships in the 100 and 50 freestyle and set a new Neumann Catholic League record in the 50 freestyle at 29.08. The old record had stood for 10 years.
