TOWN OF LOCKPORT — The New York State Police in Lockport are investigating an armed robbery of the Subway Restaurant located on Robinson Road.
Shortly before 8:30 a.m. Thursday, a male subject displayed a knife and forcibly robbed an employee of cash. The subject then forced the employee to wait in a cooler, prior to fleeing the store on foot.
The male suspect was descried as a white male with dark eyes and a medium complexion. This suspect is believed to be about 5-feet, 10-inches tall and 150 pounds.
On Monday, this same Subway was robbed under similar circumstances, by a male who also displayed a knife.
Anyone with any information related to either Robbery is asked to call the State Police at 434-1245 or the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office at 438-3393.
