TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Niagara County Sheriff's deputies charged a Middleport man with driving while intoxicated and speeding early Sunday morning.
According to the NCSO report, Michael P. Denniston, 28, 20 Sleeper St., Middleport, was pulled over by patrol for speeding around 1:30 a.m.
Patrol determined Denniston to be intoxicated and found him to have a .12 blood alcohol content. His vehicle was towed and a 12-hour hold was placed on it. He was held on $250 bail was scheduled to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
