Keith G. Dobucki, 35, 6558 Lincoln Ave,. Apt. D, was charged around 1:15 a.m. Monday with trespassing. According to the LPD arrest report, Dobucki was found in a Niagara Street attic by the homeowner. Dobucki walked straight to LPD, where he was arrested and booked. He was slated for City Court this morning.

Enchantra S. Henderson, 38, 6594 Dysinger Road, Apt. 6, was charged around 4:20 a.m. Tuesday with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy. According to the LPD arrest report, Henderson stole a can of cat food from a South Transit Street gas station on May 24 and attempted to distract the clerk while a man she was with stole three can of cat food. She was arrested Tuesday morning at LPD. She was to be in City Court this morning.

Keithrich Rogers, 6594 Dysinger Road, Apt. 6, was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without insurance and a suspended registration at approximately 2:35 a.m. Tuesday. According to the arrest report, Rogers was stopped on Prospect Street for driving without insurance. A check of his license showed it to be suspended, as well. A subsequent inventory of his vehicle turned up suspected marijuana and a quantity of pills. He was to be in City Court this morning.

Lester D. Moody, 20, 217 Park Ave., Apt. 2, was charged around 9:44 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree burglary and third-degree robbery. According to the LPD arrest report, Moody is accused of stealing a Playstation 3, four games and four controllers from an acquaintance on Oct. 20. Moody gave a different account but does admit to being at the man’s house on Oct. 20. He was to be in City Court on Tuesday.

Randall W. Lehmann, 38, 255 Greet St., Apt. 3, was charged around 11:51 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD arrest report, Lehmann became physically violent and destroyed another person’s property early Tuesday morning. The other party requested an order of protection. Lehmann was to be in City Court Tuesday morning.

Latoya N. Lindsey, 34, 173 North Transit St., was charged around 10:18 a.m. with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Lindsey struck another woman with a closed fist approximately five times on Oct. 28. She was arrested this morning on a warrant and was to be in City Court this morning.

Andrew J. Bailey, 21, 1451 Wyoming Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged around 10:27 a.m. with second-degree obstruction of government administration and resisting arrest. According to his arrest report, Bailey was being stopped at the intersection of Spalding and Washburn streets on a warrant when he fled from patrol. He was to be in City Court this morning.

Malika T. Vasquez, 19, 6596 Dysinger Road, Apt. 11, was charged around 11:07 a.m. with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. According to the LPD report, police were called to a Cottage Street address on Oct. 25 for a disturbance. When they arrived, they found Vasquez, who had an active warrant. Police searched her and found a suboxone strip. She was to be in City Court this morning.
