WOLCOTTSVILLE — A Wolcottsville Road bar and restaurant was robbed of alcohol and change early Wednesday morning.
According to a report from the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, there was apparent damage done to the cash register with several pry marks being left on it, and $32 in quarters missing from the drawer. A dozen bottles of alcohol were taken, but no other valuable items appeared to be touched.
The owner told patrol that he had a new security system installed, which shows a white male entered the bar at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday and proceeded to take 12 bottles of alcohol and pry open the cash register. The suspect is wearing a hoodie, shorts and sneakers. The video footage was forwarded to NCSO to assist with investigation.
