TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Shunpike Drive man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that someone had dumped garbage and tires on his property near the roadway.
The man said the dumping occurred between Sunday and Tuesday and added that this is an ongoing issue.
Patrol observed the garbage on the side of the road and located a piece of cardboard with a packing slip from an auto parts store. Patrol is to follow up with the business at a later date.
