Nikki Lee
TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A female resident of the Woodlands was charged with driving under the influence of drugs late Monday night by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

According to the report, Nikki G. Lee, 24, 705 Gardenwood Dr., was stopped by patrol after failing to stop at a stop sign in the mobile home community. When patrol interviewed her, she showed signs of intoxication, and told deputies that she is taking Suboxone, a prescription medication used to combat opiate withdrawal.

After failing numerous field sobriety tests, patrol found Lee to be in possession of Xanax, which was not prescribed to her, in addition her Suboxone strips. Also found were five hypodermic needles.

Lee was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a hypodermic instrument. She was transported to ENH-Lockport for blood and urine testing and then remanded to the custody of the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 police bail.

She was scheduled to appear at the Town of Lockport Court Tuesday morning.
