GASPORT — A Hartland Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies today that someone stole $695 worth of tools from his porch over the weekend.
The man said his air compressor, chop saw, and a gas can with gas in it were taken between 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.
He said whoever took them never entered his residence and it appeared the suspect did not attempt to enter the residence.
The complainant valued the saw at approximately $500, the air compressor at $175, and the gas can at $20.
The man told patrol he did not have any idea who may have taken the tools. NCSO considers this case closed due to lack of a suspect pending further information.
