Kelly A. Brooks, 43, 472 Hawley St., was charged around 3:48 a.m. with DWI, driving the wrong way down a one-way street, failure to signal, improper use of a safety belt, and failure to keep right. According to her LPD arrest report, Brooks was seen committing traffic violations and was stopped by patrol. She was determined to be intoxicated and charged. She is due in City Court on Thursday.
