ENP STAFF REPORTS

A Pound Street woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that she is being harassed by phone at home and work, and on the Internet.

The woman told patrol that an unknown person, who she believes to be her ex-boyfriend, has been prank-calling her at work and home since May. She said the phone calls continued at work even when she changed work locations.

The woman told patrol that she had asked her ex-boyfriend to stop if he was the person behind it, but the issue persisted.

She also told patrol that her Facebook page has been "hacked" and is being used by someone else, presumed to be her ex, acting in her name. She said that she has received calls from several males that said they called after "talking" to her on Facebook, but that she did not initiate any of these contacts. While patrol was talking to her at her place of employment, a man arrived on scene with flowers for her. She said she didn't know him and did not initiate any contact with him. He showed patrol the Facebook conversation he had with a person he believed to be the complainant.

The woman was advised to contact Facebook to have her account deleted, and that a report would be on file with NCSO.
