A 24-year-old Town of Lockport woman was indicted Monday on assault charges by a Niagara County Grand Jury.
Crystal N. Curthoys was charged in July by the Niagara County Criminal Bureau after an investigation was conducted into the assault of an 11-month old child.
Curthoys was arraigned in Niagara County Court and her bail was increased to $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond. She was ordered to return to court on Nov. 2.
