TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 24-year-old Town of Lockport woman was arrested Thursday by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office for allegedly assaulting an 11-month-old child.
Crystal N. Curthoys was charged with second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment after an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau revealed Curthoys to have assaulted the child on Wednesday.
Curthoys was arraigned in the Town of Royalton Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $25,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on July 8.
