Nicholas C. Batt, passed away on Tuesday August 19, 2014 in Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo. Born in Buffalo on May 17, 1981, he was the son of Carl and Jeanette Scribner Batt.  Nicholas was a parts manager at B.E.S.T., Inc. in Buffalo. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, camping, Bar-B-Queing and cooking, he especially loved playing pranks on his family and friends.

Beside his parents, Nicholas is survived by his siblings, Anna M. (Christopher) Masters, Stephanie M. (Marshall Timkey) Batt, Alexander C. Batt, Joseph C. Batt, Ethan C. Batt, Philippe C. Batt, Veronica M. Batt and Domenic C. Batt; Uncle of Conklin, Aidan, Olivia, Mia and Magdalene Masters, Cayli and  Austin Timkey.  He is also survived by his grandparents, Eleanor and James Batt and Henrietta and the late Conklin Scribner; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call Tuesday 1-4 and 6-9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc., 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport.
