Theodore C. Ianni, 66, 6493 Colonial Dr., was charged around 2:10 p.m. with DWI and unsafe backing. According to the LPD arrest report, Ianni was seen in the parking lot of The Shamus, intoxicated and trying to drive away, having struck the building with his car. Ianni was charged and scheduled to appear in City Court on Monday.
Melissa A. Morello, 97 Ransom St., Apt. A, was charged with criminal mischief around 1:30 a.m. According to the arrest report, Morello got into an argument with a Beattie Avenue man and keyed his car. She was scheduled to appear in City Court on Monday.
James J. Morse, 41, 85 Waterman St., was charged Thursday with having loud music. According to the arrest report, Morse's music could be heard from the road around 1:10 a.m. When patrol arrived on scene, Morse shouted obscenities at them, according to the arrest report. He refused to answer the door at the time, but was arrested at his home around 8 p.m. Thursday. He is slated for City Court on Aug. 19.
