BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres will play six pre-season games leading up to the 2014-2015 season. Tickets for the team's three pre-season home games will go on sale Aug. 25.

The CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game, which features the top American-born prospects eligible for the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, returns to Buffalo this fall and will take place on Sept. 25 at First Niagara Center. Tickets for that game go on sale Aug. 25, as well.

Below is the complete 2014 Buffalo Sabres preseason schedule. All games are 7 p.m. starts unless otherwise noted:

Sept. 21: Buffalo @ Washington (5 p.m. start)
Sept. 23: Buffalo vs. Carolina
Sept. 25: CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game
Sept. 26: Buffalo vs. Toronto
Sept. 28: Buffalo @ Toronto
Oct. 1: Buffalo vs. Washington
Oct. 3: Buffalo @ Carolina
