TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Norwood Drive man was charged late Sunday night with second-degree harassment and public lewdness.
According to the report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Michael A. Stretch, 52, 1274 Norwood Dr., exposed himself to a neighbor around 11:15 p.m. Sunday.
The report said that Stretch was in his bedroom with his blinds open, in full view of the complainant, who said that "this has been an ongoing event" and that Stretch will either stand at the window or sit on his bed naked with the blinds open.
Stretch was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail. He is due in the Town of Lockport court to answer the charges on July 10.
