TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Robinson Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Thursday that someone broke into his locked car and stole his car stereo, speakers and amplifier.
The man told patrol it happened sometime between 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday. He said that his passenger window was down a crack and that may have allowed the unknown person a way to enter his vehicle. The 2x12 speaker and amp system were stolen from the trunk area, he said.
Patrol was unable to find any usable fingerprint evidence on or inside of the vehicle, and the complainant was unable to give patrol any suspect information. No evidence was found around the outside of the vehicle.
