TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Robinson Road man was charged with possession of stolen property following a New York State Police investigation.
According to the arrest report, Casey A. Podsadowski, 22, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The State Police conducted a lengthy investigation into several burglaries at 6343 Robinson Road, resulting in the arrest of Podsadowski for possessing stolen property from one of the building's apartments.
He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport and was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $500 cash bail. He is scheduled to re-appear on August 14, .
